Important Course Completion Information:
PERI would like to remind you that you must achieve a minimum score on each quiz and submit all
of the evaluation surveys in order to receive your certificate of completion. The required quiz
score varies from course to course. Please be reminded that you are given unlimited attempts to
achieve this score and are encouraged to use the quizzes as a learning tool.
Confirmation of Registration
Once registration and payment are received and processed, PERI will send a confirmation via email
or fax within 2 business days.
