Hotel Policy
Make Your Reservations
Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. It is very important that
you make your hotel reservation by the date indicated on the web page for each program. This ensures that
you will get into the hotel and receive the discounted PERI group rate. Hotel phone numbers and web
addresses are listed on the course details page. Please inform the hotel that you are attending the PERI
program.
Questions or problems regarding accommodations should be sent to PERI's
Meeting Manager.
Special Dietary Needs and Disabilities
Persons on restricted diets, and those with disabilities or other special needs are encouraged to contact
PERI's Meeting Manager at least three weeks prior
to the start of the course. We will work with the hotel to accommodate your needs, to provide you with
the best learning environment possible. Once you are at the course, additional assistance is available
from our on-site coordinators, who work with participants, faculty, and the hotel staff to ensure a
positive experience for all.
