Program Curriculum
The objective of PERI's Pharmaceutical Medicine Certificate Program is to provide health care
industry physicians with a high quality, focused training experience that will enable beginning
physicians to make optimal contributions to their company and more experienced practitioners an
opportunity to obtain updated, timely information. The learning activities focus on skills
essential to the pharmaceutical medicine practitioner. The program enables beginning physicians
to acquire new knowledge and experienced physicians to focus on those areas where they need
targeted learning or updating.
Recognizing the spectrum of needs for beginning as well as established practitioners of
pharmaceutical medicine in the industry, PERI has identified a curriculum of courses that are
particularly relevant to the practice of pharmaceutical medicine. Upon completion of the entire
curriculum, you will have accumulated a comprehensive transcript of courses and case studies to
earn a Certificate in Pharmaceutical Medicine. The pharmaceutical medicine program is designed
to accommodate the learning needs of both new and experienced industry physicians. The table
below outlines the requirements for earning the certificate.
