Cancellation

Cancellations of Webinars may be made up to 24 hours before the Webinar begins. All cancellation or requests must be made IN WRITING, via fax (703-276-1524, attention: Registrar/Webinar) or email (registrar@peri.org). No requests made via telephone will be honored.

Refunds for cancellations will be issued less a $100 enrollment fee. No refunds will be given in the 24-hour period before the Webinar begins, or after it has begun.
